- To encourage every member to become fruitful in their knowledge of the Lord. Colossians 1:10-11
- To raise faithful men and women who will be able to teach others. 2 Timothy 2:2
- To present every believer perfectly in Christ. Colossians 1:28-29
- To prepare each believer for his personal mission field. Acts 1:8
- To encourage every believer to live with purpose. Philippians 3:13-14
